@dominik I slept the way this video recommended and I feel that for the first time months,y breathing has improved greatly. For the last few months I felt as if I was sleeping and not getting enough air when I wake up. That's because my chin kept tilting forward at night. The new position while weird just stretched my neck muscles instead of scrunching it up. Awesome. I have ordered a cervical pillow. Realise that's just my type of pillow and I shouldn't fight it 😅
