pixelworld_AI@BeAware I think a big part of the problem as you mentioned before I think is the fact that the Mastodon app doesn't clarify enough that the Fediverse isn't JUST Mastodon, the trouble of having a flagship instance named after the software itself I guess. I am forever grateful that the software exists, I just wish it was more like Discord in the sense of "here is the software, go find servers you like, make friends, have fun!"
