>if your rosary helps you to pray for a certain amount of time as a personal goal that's great, but don't use it in a superstitious sort of way. Praying rather than sinning is good. Praying X amount as an atonement is not required by God because Christ did THE great atonement. But if it helps your conscience, that's a different story. However you should be praying to the Lord to take away guilt and trust in the joy of the Lord rather than feeling like you're not worthy because of your mistakes
