The lifting is going particularly well. I'm generally pretty good at maintaining a fitness routine if I don't manage to hurt myself, and although I'm not all "omgz exercise your way into better mental health!", lifting specifically does help to put provide a means to satisfy and manage some very long term bad brain stuff in my specific case.
