@BowsacNoodle @givenup @Witch_Hunter_Siegfired @Bunsen @Tactical i think its a balance. you gotta have your shit together for politics to be an enjoyable thing to discuss. otherwise it can become a crutch, which I've experienced a few times.

In my time following these politics I was the happiest ~mid 2021 when I was living with my parents, had no financial struggles, studies were coming along, and no relationship woes dragging me down. I hung out with my friends twice a week or more and half the time we talked about politics. I'd go back if I could, and hope one day I can find myself in a similarly stable position.
