That's a good thing to within 'community' spaces online, for example fedi or twitter.

But people can easily assume new identities on the internet given they haven't been doxed. doxing, at best, is a vigilante force.

I mean more government level stuff. How could you detect pedophiles without, for example, scanning all images like iCloud does for 'CSAM'.
