@phnt @lanodan the only python projects where i use venv is stuff related to machine learning (because that’s all terrible, impossible to package, and you have to pick hardware-specific versions too)

for everything else i just use (or create and submit if necessary) distro packages. granted, i’m on a distro where these are usually up-to-date, but breakage is extremely rare
