Like, imagine signing up for something akin to patreon or OnlyFans :kek" that you can purchase and having that purchase minted on the blockchain. It could be used to give more value to being a supporter by allowing bigger payments instead of subscriptions, letting creators give more back to their community that pays in a large lump sum.
Or even the purchase of an online collectible that *can't* be replicated the way images can, maybe through a game or some other form of media so that the collectible isn't easily replicated.
Games jumped on it, but they made entire games full of them, missing the point entirely. Like you say, scarcity is what's needed.
