Don't get me wrong, I think it's terrible decision and each passing day I believe we're missing the Greens in power.
But of course the BBC would quote a Tory and find a way to say how profligate the SNP is with finances without mentioning the constraints of a financial arrangement which means #Scotland gets a set allowance from its masters and has very little recourse to raising any extra because it doesn't have its own central bank.

It's the Bank of England for a reason.
