Sir Clean hands Dirty money@blitzed in my experience CPS is a joke, actually a travesty. I called multiple times about a kid in trouble and nothing was done, same with all the neighbors. Dad eventually went to prison for beating the kid with a bat. It was a tough lesson that had me re-thinking of how I should handled things. Some people shouldn't get to make it to a trial
