@LostShakerOfSalt @confederatehobo No he was trying to get back into politics after being persona non grata for years so he wrote it in the hopes local Italian aristocrats would find him a valuable advisor. The book itself has been blown out of proportion for what it is. It's all just common sense stuff for statesmanship like "don't fight expensive wars" and "don't hire corrupt retards".
