@cjd @jeff I am pretty happy with Norwegian and Spanish institutions and country as whole. Even though someone I disagree with comes to power in Norway they just implement the Scandinavian model wether right or left. In Spain it's just business as usual. The issue that most people have a problem with is immigration. But it isn't as bad as other countries they just use Spain as entry port for North. I believe it's very difficult to become a citizen here. Most want money and Spain doesn't provide anything for them so eventually they will have to move to more generous countries.
