It's not. It's literally not an ideology; it's a collection of justifications for being a fucking piece of shit loosely lashed together and presented as "philosophy." Its entire structure works backwards from "how to I justify being a rich sociopath" as opposed to "I believe this, therefore I should behave thusly"
