A friend of mine bought a Librem 5 phone and dropped it, shattering the screen after just 3 days of owning it.
Purism just sent her a replacement screen at no additional cost, even though they were not obligated to so (it was clearly her fault for dropping it).
I just wanted to let fedi know that this company apparently has really good customer service.
