    @Jfrites @MiriShuli @janisf @spinbackwards @BobLefridge @alpinefolk what Oct 7 did was to harden Israeli opinion - it evoked the Holocaust, it became an existential crisis for Jewry and the surge in global antisemitism has further contributed to "fortress Israel". It will take an Israeli leader with great courage and vision to open up Israeli society again to a durable agreement for Palestine.
