Anders Puck Nielsen@amayer @DeeGLloyd I also think it’s a way of putting pressure on the Russians. If they dig in, it could be hard to throw them out again. It can give Putin quite a few dilemmas. But it is a surprise move and I am not sure anybody fully understands what is going on.
