Took H2O out of the Global Sun Oven and did the first round of dishes today. Put the standby water (which is heated in direct sun, sans box oven) in its place.
Since the SOS oven is out, I can keep the water happening in the Global, which has a glass lid that can take steam, and use the SOS for the carnitas I just put in, as steam won't be a huge issue for that.
The plastic lid of the SOS Sport Oven is already partially cloudy due to leaving water to boil in there for too long in the past.
