AloniaxxI was told I had to work 2mths notice, not one though was paid monthly. I discovered 3 other colleagues on days who'd started the same time as me had also decided to leave at the same time. Management BEGGED us to stay, to do covering/extra shifts. I did loads just before leaving, just for the money. I had a tiny leaving do with my night team and left post-its all over the ward for the rest. I skipped all the way to the carpark and left, with tears of relief.
