@ryanc seems that's really more a "Freedom from information" act, although I can imagine the overhead burden being weaponized by one firm against another, so I get the limitation from a resource perspective. Generally, broadly, it seems there should be a way to begin to satisfy the need with less burden more incrementally? Maybe not. The idea here is simply segment / separate requests with a goal of getting to a bigger objective. This tactic is my "elephant eating" approach, for obvious reasons.
