So if you have a breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon, and a muffin, you change it to more eggs and more bacon but no toast and no muffin. Eliminating the carbs and sugars makes it so your body stops storing fats. I think intermittent fasting and weightlifting will accelerate the weight loss, but sticking to a low carb diet will get a person there all by itself.
