When I look up how to lose weight, I want tips on how to do it. I do NOT need a 20th video with an excelent 2h explanation on what is a calloric deficit. Bitch, there are already 2000 videos explaining that concept. Do you seriously feel that special, that you believe you will ecplain it better?

So if you have a breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon, and a muffin, you change it to more eggs and more bacon but no toast and no muffin. Eliminating the carbs and sugars makes it so your body stops storing fats. I think intermittent fasting and weightlifting will accelerate the weight loss, but sticking to a low carb diet will get a person there all by itself. LukeAlmighty 🇨🇿 likes this. -

Thank you. This is the danger of "doing your own research", since one of the ever present scarecrows was the concept of irreversible metabolic slowdown.So, whenever I saw myself getting tired all of a sudden, I saw it as a clue, that I need to slow the diet down immediately. And noone in any of the hundreds of videos did bother to mention that you will get sleepy.
