@TerminalAutism Well, I liked the whole mega shinka concept of Gen 6, most of the designs were pretty cool and all that.
The Z-waza thing from Gen 7 seemed more like a gimick, and Gen 8's daimax and kyodaimax (so daimax with form changes) were rather tiring.
Especially considering the special treatment Lizardon and Gengar were getting, they both got both a mega shinka and kyodaimax form.
Hell, Lizardon even got 2 mega shinka forms.

But personally I liked Gen 2 the most, the music had a typical 1990's vibe to it, even more so than Gen 1 I think.
