Supporters of the Bitcoin Lightning protocol say you should have one wallet for quick transactions (lightning wallet) and a savings account (bitcoin wallet), but that seems like a bad idea because now I need to trust two different platforms from two different teams and assuming they will agree on everything.

I still think the Bitcoin Cash protocol actually improved the fee problem from Bitcoin (still not a solution).
