Ok so usually what I do is lay back at this point. But I know you might need to do that a little differently.
Maybe put on some soft music, get comfy in a reclining position. Basically you need to calm your mind down so that it's easier to settle on a stimulus. I often find it's very helpful when nothing feels interesting enough but I want to do something.
A change of environment helps too. Like if you only kinda wanna cook or bake, start by simply entering the kitchen. Don't tell yourself "I'm going to make food", because that's a lot to think about when you're feeling lazy or indecisive. Start with something really easy, and then you just flow in to everything else.
