Yah, i work in a lot of apartment complexes which go for 2200-3400 per month and honestly they are all the same. You'd be amazed at how similar layouts are across buildings in the US. It's like one developer designed them all. Nothing cozy at all, just heartless sheet rock, gray and shitty mdf trim.
