I’ve been extremely concerned about the GOP flooding the zone with frivolous lawsuits if there’s a candidate switch — and about the right-wing justices taking those lawsuits seriously.

After the swift, decisive, seemingly choreographed move to endorse Harris, I am at least hopeful that maybe, maybe somebody in the Democratic party has already been planning for this.
