   There’s bound to be litigation over the Biden-Harris campaign funds going to Harris, and there’s bound to be litigation over Harris and her VP appearing on some state ballots. Don’t get bogged down in any of it. Fight for Democrats up and down the ballot this November.

     I’ve been extremely concerned about the GOP flooding the zone with frivolous lawsuits if there’s a candidate switch — and about the right-wing justices taking those lawsuits seriously.

     After the swift, decisive, seemingly choreographed move to endorse Harris, I am at least hopeful that maybe, maybe somebody in the Democratic party has already been planning for this.

     I want to be wrong. But any deviation from normal process will be challenged, go to SCOTUS and they will install him as winner.
     We just gave an opening to go to court. The one place we can't win.
