@lain well, any of those things don't relive you from justification. if you try to justify all kind of law with property law, you just have to justify property law much more that would would need to do otherwise. but at least property law has some sense of proportionality, which the NAP seems to be lacking.

any if course i don't really see what possibly could be justified by what some god wants or did. that seems completely irrelevant.
