Nobody was seriously challenging <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Biden" rel="tag">#Biden</a>, so all the delegates from states that have already voted are pledged to him.  Normally, you go to the convention, everybody votes for Biden, and you're off to the general.</p><p>But it's pretty obvious that is not gonna happen this time.
