Well said. I can compare myself today to how I was years ago or others around me, but fact is I'm still guilty of a lot of this. 'Fasting' helps take control of mind, body, and spirit by choosing 'difficulty' over comfort. I wish people weren't scared of it— think about who it is that tells you it's dangerous for your health and what other things they say.
