He doesn't wear a mask and they did initial confirmation via what has been described as a home test (typically an LFT) and are still awaiting PCR testing. Unless they're using a home molecular test, LFTs do not typically test positive at start of symptoms, which means that Biden has likely been spreading Covid for days. And, by heading to Delaware, rather than isolating in place, he's exposing more people.
