I saw the clip of that interview here yesterday (and now I'm sorry that I didn't save it), and the bit he said just before what's in the screenshot above made what's in the screenshot sound like "WE'LL WRITE LETTERS" threats.

Vance had stated that Trump got stymied in his first term by people Trump couldn't fire, so Vance's advise to Trump in a second term would be to *fire them* (???) and then [stuff in sceenshot: get taken to court, appeal to people].

The problem is that I don't see how he plans to enforce firing those he previously couldn't fire--unless he *enforces* it (hands and locks and guns to keep people out of offices). I just don't see that happening.
