I've heard Europeans are better about gluttony. Your food tends to be more richer and nutrtious so people eat smaller portions. This is why I work at a high end italian restaurant and eat their food primarily. They use basic ingredients. I still crave american goyslop from time to time, it sucks. I blames MSG, salt on crack...
