    I agree completely. And yes, we need both representation •and• accountability:

    Representation = the court’s composition actually reflects the outcomes of elections (whether that happens via term limits or expansion or both)

    •and•

    Accountability = justices who become lawless stop being justices (whether that happens an ethics code with teeth or actual impeachments)
