BeAware :fediverse:@flowti they should see the posts and able to like and boost them. However, "likes" are not federated outside of the instance that the "likes" come from and the OP instance.
So when you see a like counter on a post that's not from your instance, those likes definitely came from users on your instance.
Boosts are federated to a point. Blocks and other federation issues effect the count of them though.
