Philip Weiss (Phil in SF)@frappe SFPL has JSTOR and RosettaStone. Alameda County library has NewspaperArchive, though it looks like SFPL has added it since I last checked. A few libraries have very limited sets of newspapers at NewspaperArchive, but Alameda has a pretty expansive set.
