I have a slight suspicion that most people under 30 are going to be stuck at "level 1", as it were. No job security, no prospects, renting, no car/car on payments, and either doing or will be doing in due time a "kid job". Couldn't be me, but I still think that aging whilst running around in circles, watching your bank account hit double digits every month, nothing to show for anything, is going to be a pretty universal experience.
