AI6YR BenNext goes first hops and malt into boiling wort. Hops and malt I guess adds hoppiness and the malt adds sugar for the yeast? Rinsed our the bottle of malt with hot wort, not sure what the proper procedure is to get it all out... it's like molasses. Malt is kind of tasty on its own. 30 min until next addition. #homebrew #beer
