@cks Well this is why I use the username+service@ thing here (fallbacking to the catchall when they don't like the +).
And weirdly the one which seems to have been the most annoying source of spam to me is cpan, but at least a good chunk of them also trigger the few wrong-addresses-turned-spamtraps I collected over the years.
