Did you ask if meso has seen this person before, how old the person being addressed is, etc.?

Might be the case if he is angry, but I think it is reasonable to keep track of predatory behavior. You know about the pedo instances, some of which actively recruit teenagers; I'd rather know about them than not know about them.
