So many people think any measurement is an improvement, but that's not the case. Here in Ithaca, our only EPA sensor measures ozone and completely missed last year's wildfires. Also, it's at the top of a hill upwind of the town. Consequently, it's unable to measure pollution that most people would actually encounter
