will take a bit to acclimate to the social environment, especially if you are an introverted city boy lol, depending where get used to exchanging good mornings with every person you come across in the morning commute.
living smack dab in the middle of the city is probably hell, i just always lived outside of the city but 15-30 minutes away from the center.
if by based you mean politically agreeing with you then you might find a few people every now and then who agree with you, maybe even who agree on the more extremer topics, but remember white women be white women wherever you go lol.
