@WarnerCrocker @aggualaqisaaq doesn't matter. With this ruling, he can send the justices to Guantanamo and he doesn't have to explain why.

Seriously, he needs to do a lot more than say "vote for me and give me two houses of congress and I'll fix it" at this point. There needs to be action and it needs to come from a place of strength and confidence. If he's unwilling to make use of the new powers the Supreme Court just gave him, maybe he **should** resign.
