@icedquinn and that's the thing, this "maximize monetary growth" thing is kind of the problem, no one stops at "good enough" or reaches "healthy society," almost as if they don't want to. It's nice to have the populace fighting each other over petty things like politics, wealth disparity, racial differences, etc., than actually provide the populace a better life.
