Threads disgusts me for various reasons (but I still use IG and Whatsapp so don't take it as an integralist speech!) and I'm glad my fedi instance blocked it, but probably because I see the fediverse as an heir to the old forums / internet communities of the early 2000s.

In fact, that's why I think it's not a place to look for "audience", but conversation on topics, very different approach to what Meta, Twitter ecc. led us to get used to
