Mrs Cloudy@Wen it has quite a lot to do with increasing inequalities, though. Kids whose parents /carers can't take regular time off to take them; aren't on a bus route; can't afford fuel to travel or cash to park; drive an older car; just won't be able to access dental care. That isn't OK. It's taking the cost of local delivery away from service providers and heaping it onto service users. It isn't progress.
