@MoralPanic @Appelmoesje @Diogenese_Shiplap It depends on the job. Compartmentalization is a real thing but it's not like workers won't talk. I guarantee every major government job gets at least a few dudes who know how to spot something off. But they do absolutely overcharge the government on the bidding and actually have to since everyone else is and middle bid is often required for federal $ projects.
