@Humpleupagus Yea, but it implies impermanence. If they didn’t adopt and the biological parents from a stable household are making a claim I just don’t see how they could be denied. Especially because it was a clerical error. The whole situation is insane, but I doubt even in the cucked legal system you’d see a judge denying a two parent household guardianship of their biological child.
