Best interest of the child law would likely result in the court determining that it was in the best interest of their nob-daughter daughter to remain with them and their actual daughter to continue living the life she is. -

If they didn’t adopt and the biological parents from a stable household are making a claim I just don’t see how they could be denied. Especially because it was a clerical error. The whole situation is insane, but I doubt even in the cucked legal system you’d see a judge denying a two parent household guardianship of their biological child. -

Apparently, the state took the actually child from the other couple because DNA showed they were not the parents. The state apparently never tried to find the real parents. Wtf.
