It was quite a long bus ride (after quite a long wait for the bus), so I ended up napping on it and almost missed the stop lol. It was a good thing my friend remained awake and woke me up.

Kinkaku-ji is certainly the more popular pavilion, and there is a much bigger crowd here. I managed to nab a pretty good photo of it though, despite the crowd!

While the Golden Pavilion is certainly a sight to behold, I still kinda like Ginkaku-ji a bit more? Like Bocchi from Bocchi the Rock, although it's for different reasons (I just like Ginkaku-ji because of the sand structures, hehe).
